We give young people real audiences and real responsibility. They introduce segments, sit on panels beside adults, read their own writing to a full room, and help plan the event they are performing at.

The work happens in the weeks before: drafting, rehearsing, being told honestly what is working. On the day, they are ready, and their family is watching.

A young person who has spoken to a hundred people at eleven walks into a job interview at twenty differently.
