We celebrate African, Caribbean and Black heritage in Barrie and beyond, and turn that celebration into belonging, leadership and opportunity.
Black History Month gatherings, cultural showcases and heritage nights that put African, Caribbean and Black culture at the centre of the room.
Mentorship, public speaking and leadership that starts early and sticks, because confidence is learned in a room that is listening.
Vendor markets, a community directory and the networks that turn a kitchen-table business into a name people know.

Bridge Alliance Canada builds bridges across cultures and communities by celebrating African, Caribbean and Black heritage, fostering inclusion, empowering youth and entrepreneurs, and creating real opportunities for cultural exchange, leadership and economic growth across Canada.
Four programme areas, one purpose: making Canada a place where every culture is celebrated and everyone has a way in.

Young people at the microphone, on the panel and in the planning meeting. Mentorship, public speaking and leadership that starts early and sticks.
A real welcome for people who have just arrived in Canada: the information, the introductions, and a room where they already know someone.

Our Celebrating Black Brilliance gathering brought local families, youth speakers, performers and Black-owned businesses into one room, and was marked with an official proclamation from the Ontario Government.
Every gathering makes room for local Black-owned and newcomer-owned businesses: caterers, skincare makers, bakers, stylists. Between events, our directory keeps them findable.
None of this runs on good intentions. It runs on people who show up, organisations that back it and gifts that cover the hall, the food and the sound system.
Set up chairs, mentor a teenager, run a welcome table, take the photographs. Tell us the hours you have and we will find the right job.
Schools, employers, faith groups, city services, other non-profits. If your work touches the same people, let us do something together.
A gift covers the hall, the food, the sound system and the bus fare for a young person who would otherwise stay home.
